Hire - Terms & Conditions

 

Payment
Payment is strictly cash or card upon collection unless prior arrangements have been made.
Account holders payment is to be made within 14 days.

Late payments will incur a £10 admin fee.

Payments later than 30 days will incur a £10 admin fee plus interest at 3% per day.
Wattech Ltd charge a security deposit which will be refunded after equipment has been checked.

 

Collection and ownership

2 forms of Identification will be required (Passport or Driving Licence & utility bill) on collection of all equipment.
All equipment remains the property of Wattech Ltd and faulty equipment must be reported immediately.
Hires will be ready to collect by 10AM

 

Insurance

Insurance of all equipment hired is your responsibility.
Damaged or missing items will be charged at replacement costs.
All equipment hired should be installed and operated by a competent person.

 

Returns

A Charge of £1.50 will be made for recoiling and taping each cable if deemed necessary.

All equipment must be returned in the same condition as when collected.
A Charge at full RRP will be made for all lost/Stolen or Damaged Equipment.

 

Cancellation

 If cancellation is made less than 7 days before the commencement of the Hire, a charge of 50% of the hire cost will be made.

 

Additional Terms

All hires are subject to availability.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Daily hire period from 10AM – 10AM, unless arranged prior to collection/delivery.
Weekend hire period is from Midday Friday to Midday Monday, unless otherwise stated.
Wattech Ltd accept no responsibility whatsoever for the damage or injury to persons or property whilst the equipment is on hire.
